Teilnahmebedingungen

• One-Shot-Movie-Awards ist ein Filmfestival für Filme, die in einer Einstellung – „ohne Schnitt“ – hergestellt wurden.
• Titel und Abspann sind erlaubt, sofern es nicht ein Teil der Erzählung des Films ist.
• Filme können Spezialeffekte enthalten, die in der Postproduktion hinzugefügt wurden, vorausgesetzt, die Originalaufnahme hat keinen Schnitt.
• Alle Genres wie Spielfilm, Dokumentation, Reisefilm, Musikvideo, … sind erlaubt. 
  Bildformat HD, UHD, 4K, – Framerate 25p/50p und die Dateiformate wie MP4 und MOV sind zugelassen.
• Alle Kurzfilme unter 5 Minuten Filmlänge sind zum One-Shot-Movie-Awards Festival zugelassen.
• Längere Kurzfilme bis zu 30 Minuten durchlaufen eine Vor-Jury.
• Das One-Shot-Movie-Awards Festival bevorzugt Deutsch als Filmsprache, aber Filme in anderen Sprachen sind natürlich willkommen, solange sie mit Untertiteln versehen sind.
• Pro Autor*in oder Filmteam dürfen mehrere Filme eingereicht werden.
• Die Nenngebühr ist 15.- Euro pro Film.
• Die Nenngebühr ist bis zum 01.05.2025 auf das Konto AT47 2011 1827 3348 2400 einzuzahlen.
• Produktionsdatum darf nicht vor dem Jahr 2020 sein
• Mit der Einreichung des Films versichert der Einreichende, uneingeschränkt alle Rechte an seinem Film - im Besonderen alle Bild- und Tonrechte des Films zu besitzen.
• Der Einreichende verpflichtet sich gegenüber dem One Shot Festival und allen ausführenden Personen hinsichtlich sämtlicher rechtlichen Ansprüche von Dritten betreffend Datenschutz gemäß DSGVO, Musikrechte, Urheberrechte und Vervielfältigungsrechte schad- und klaglos zu halten.
• Der Einreichende stimmt zu, dass Teile des eingereichten Films im Rahmen dieses und für zukünftige Festivals des Verbandes der Österreichischen Film-Autoren (VÖFA) für Werbezwecke in Sozial Medien, Webseite für Öffentlichkeitsarbeit verwendet werden dürfen.
• Eine Kopie des Films verbleibt im VÖFA-Archiv.
• Der Festivalleitung bleibt es vorbehalten Filmbeiträge, die rechts- sittenwidrige, insbesondere volksverhezende, extremistische oder anderswertige anstößige Inhalte abzulehnen.
• Die Juryentscheidungen des Festivals sind unanfechtbar.
• Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen.
• Einsendeschluss ist der 01.05.2025

Terms and conditions of participation

• One-Shot-Movie-Awards is a film festival for films made in one shot - ‘without editing’.
• Titles and credits are allowed as long as they are not part of the film's narrative.
• Films may include special effects added in post-production, provided the original shot has no editing.
• All genres such as feature film, documentary, travel film, music video, ... are allowed.
• Image format HD, UHD, 4K, - frame rate 25p/50p and file formats such as MP4 and MOV are permitted.
• All short films under 5 minutes in length are eligible for the One-Shot-Movie-Awards Festival.
• Longer short films up to 30 minutes will go through a pre-jury.
• The One-Shot-Movie-Awards Festival prefers German as the film language, but films in other languages are of course welcome as long as they are subtitled.
• Several films may be submitted per author or film team.
• The entry fee is 15 euros per film.
• The entry fee must be paid into the account AT47 2011 1827 3348 2400 by 01.05.2025.
• Production date must not be before 2020
• By submitting the film, the submitter assures that he/she owns all rights to his/her film without restriction - in particular all image and sound rights to the film.
• The submitter undertakes to indemnify and hold harmless the One Shot Festival and all executing persons with regard to all legal claims by third parties concerning data protection in accordance with the GDPR, music rights, copyrights and reproduction rights.
• The submitter agrees that parts of the submitted film may be used in the context of this and future festivals of the Association of Austrian Film Authors (VÖFA) for promotional purposes in social media, website for public relations.
• A copy of the film will remain in the VÖFA archive.
• The festival management reserves the right to reject film entries that contain immoral, especially hateful, extremist or otherwise offensive content.
• The jury decisions of the festival are incontestable.
• Legal recourse is excluded.
• Closing date for entries is 01.05.2025
